The servers used are located in France, within the European Union; no transfer of personal data to a third country outside the EU/EEA takes place through the hosting. Personal data collected on this website is processed on the servers of the host. This may include IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data and other data generated via a website.
The use of the hosting provider is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a reliable and secure provision of this website). A data processing agreement (AVV) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the provider.

Processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (your consent) and, where applicable, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inquiries). The data you enter in the contact form will remain stored until you request deletion, revoke your consent, or the purpose for storage no longer applies. Mandatory statutory provisions, in particular retention periods, remain unaffected.

This website only uses strictly necessary session cookies, for example to secure the contact form via a CSRF token. These cookies are required for the website to function and are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. No tracking or marketing cookies are used.
